GTA 6: what is here, and what is coming

Grand Theft Auto VI is out on Thursday 19 November 2026. Until then, this site holds what Rockstar has shown of it, catalogued by subject and shown with the frame each claim came from. This page is the index: what every section holds today, 23 September 2026, and what it turns into on launch day.

What is here now

Everything below is built from Rockstar’s own material only: the two trailers, the Extended Look, the press screenshots, the renders on Rockstar’s media page and the cover art. No leaks, no datamines, no community wiki. Each page shows the frame its claims come from, with the source and the timecode, and says what we still do not know.

  • Vehicles — every car, bike, boat and aircraft in the footage, named only where Rockstar names it or the name is legible on the bodywork, and described from the image where it is not.
  • Characters — the people Rockstar has named, starting with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, each with the frames they appear in.
  • Map and locations — the six regions, the counties and every place we can read a name for. Not a coastline: nobody outside Rockstar has one, and we do not draw what we cannot source.
  • Weapons — what is carried on screen, named where the game writes the name on the screen and described by type where it does not.
  • Activities — fishing, diving, pool, minigolf, racing, a jewellery store robbery: what there is to do besides drive, each with its frame.
  • Gameplay — the wanted system, the weapon wheel, the phone, the minimap and the rest of the machinery visible in the Extended Look.
  • Answers — the questions people ask before launch: the date, the price, pre-orders, the platforms, the file size, each answered with the source and the day it was last checked.
  • In the frame — the crops whose subject has no page of its own.

What opens at launch

Three sections exist today only as a promise with a date on it. Each says what it will hold, how every entry will be checked, and what Rockstar has already let slip, so that the address is there when the game is.

  • Cheat codes — empty by design until we have entered a code ourselves in the release build. Whether GTA 6 has cheats at all is answered separately.
  • Missions — the mission list and walkthroughs, written from our own playthrough from 19 November. Before that, what the official footage shows of the material missions are made of.
  • Collectibles — every set the game turns out to have, with a map and a checklist that remembers your progress without an account.

Two existing sections change on the same day. The map becomes interactive, built on the game’s own map screen, with the location pages as its pins. The weapons get their in-game names, their stats as the game states them and where to buy them, with the frame kept on the page so you can see what the name was attached to.

How to read a page here

A name on this site is either Rockstar’s or legible on the object itself; anything else is marked as a hypothesis and says whose it is. A crop is measured on a grid over the frame, never estimated. A claim that cannot be shown is not made, and every page ends with what we do not know. The full method, including the results of our own audit of our work, is on how we work. If you find a mistake, tell us with the frame and the timecode; corrections that cite one are usually fixed the same day.
