Yellow-decked offshore race boat

A long offshore boat coming at the camera with its bow clear of the water, yellow deck over a dark green hull. There is a word in script on the bow, and it does not resolve.

An offshore boat under power, close enough that the bow fills the left half of the crop and the hull runs out of the right side. The deck is pale yellow and it is edged, all the way round the sheer, by a thin blue pinstripe with a broad maroon band under it. Below that band the hull is a deep green that reads almost black where the light does not catch it.

Two people are in the cockpit behind a low wraparound screen. The one on the left is wearing sunglasses; the one on the right is turned away. There is a small round vent low on the flank and a fitting on the foredeck.

On the bow, in the yellow, there is a word in maroon script with a flourish underlining it. The letters are tall enough for this site to read, and they still do not separate: the script is joined, slanted and part-hidden by the spray on the bow, so that the strokes run into one another on the true pixel grid at six times as at one. We do not guess at it. GTA 5's offshore racers, the Speeder and the Jetmax, carried a name in script on the bow in the same place, and that is where a model name or an owner's name goes; which of the two this is, the frame does not say.

• The word on the bow. It is there and its letters do not separate. Whether it is a model name, an owner's name or a sponsor is open.
• The whole stern. Engines, drives and transom are all out of this shot, and on a boat of this type that is where the class is decided.
• Whether this is the same boat as any other go-fast on this site. Nothing here settles it.
• Everything measured: top speed, handling, where it spawns
