GTA 6 utility

21 in this class · 2 with a confirmed name

Twenty-one working vehicles have appeared in official GTA 6 material, and two of them tell you what they are called. One is the Rancher, in script across the tailgate of a red and white pickup on the highway with two men riding in the open bed. Rancher is a name this series has used before, and this is the only place in the current material where it is written on the vehicle rather than guessed from the shape.

Two more give up a maker but not a model. DECLASSE stands raised across the tailgate of a brown single-cab pickup under an overpass, and five raised letters on black mesh spell VAPID on the grille of a silver crew-cab. Both are filed as what they are, a manufacturer without a model, because a maker’s name is not a vehicle name, and the pages say so. One other gives up less than that and is carried as a reading with the counter-argument beside it: a teal classic pickup at the Starlet Motel whose tailgate begins CAN. The other gives up the model without the maker: the tailgate of a dark pickup with a bed rack reads BOBCAT on the true pixel grid, so that page carries the name, with nothing in the frame to put a manufacturer in front of it.

Then there is the thing this hub exists to point at. Four of these pickups are the same squarebody shape in four colours: beige, grey, red and tan, filmed in four different places at four timecodes of the Extended Look. Whether they are one model in four paint jobs or two or three related ones is an open question on their pages, not a conclusion here. The Bobcat is a squarebody too, in the same frame as the beige one; whether the other four carry that name as well, no badge on them says. Not one of the four carries a badge that resolves; the beige one has a wing badge that would settle it and it does not come apart at full resolution. Four entries that may be one vehicle is the sort of thing a database gets wrong quietly, so we would rather say it out loud.

The class is wider than the word. Alongside the pickups there is a semi-trailer carrying pipe seen from high above the canyon road in Mount Kalaga, a works truck in the verge with chevrons across its tailgate and two crew in hi-vis leaning on it, a cutaway shuttle bus lettered The Gra before the frame runs out, and a transit bus in white with a blue roof and passengers at its windows. At the other end of the scale: a mobility scooter with a drink wedged in the shopping basket, a mint-green kick scooter filmed twice inside two seconds, and a beach cruiser shot from behind at wheel height. Two of those carry an identification that is not ours, the shuttle bus as a Rental Shuttle Bus and the mobility scooter as a Pomazoom, each on its page with the source and the date we read it.

Some are worth the click for the scene rather than the vehicle. A camouflaged pickup wades the Grassrivers towing a caged trailer full of alligators, with a police SUV following through the water and a helicopter overhead. A gold-bronze pickup stands at night with its tailgate down and a speaker rack over the bed, under a sound shop’s sign. A metallic green pickup is filmed as somebody’s social clip in Trailer 1, interface and all, wearing the decals of the shop that wrapped it, and a dark crew cab on a petrol-station forecourt carries a red zigzag across both doors and onto the bed. And a silver crew cab has the watercraft trailer close behind it, which is where this class touches the boats.

This page is called trucks rather than fastest truck on purpose, and it is one of only two classes on this site where that is true. Everywhere else the superlative wins; here it does not. In GTA 5, trucks as a class outsells the fastest-truck question by two to one, and the follow-up questions are about which ones exist and where to find them. So this hub answers that question instead, and the speed ranking arrives when there is one to publish. The other exception is police, for the same reason.

No top speed yet, and the reason is the same everywhere on this site: in-game instruments do not match measured performance, the handling data sits in files a console does not expose, and no PC version has been announced. GTA 6 launches 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. From launch day every figure here carries its source: the tester, the video, the timecode and the method, checked against the footage before it goes on a page.
