What the community calls it
Widely identified as the Declasse Tulip.
A community list puts a Declasse Tulip at 1:10, identified by who is driving it. Ours is the car in that shot. It is their identification and not ours, and their grounds are ones we cannot check. On 23 September 2026 a second source, GTA Wiki, was found to crop the same vehicle out of the same shot under the same name. That is what puts the name in this page's title, as their claim and not ours: two independent sources, one of them pointing at our own frame.
What supports it
- Same moment, and in the list this is the only classic muscle model at 1:10.
- What we see fits the type: a 1970s coupe with four round headlamps in square bezels.
- GTA Wiki crops the same car side-on a moment later, and its crop shows what ours shows head-on: the matt black bonnet stripes and the round lamps in square bezels.
What does not
- The source identifies the car by its OCCUPANTS ('the car that Jason and Lucia are driving'), and through our windscreen nobody can be made out. We cannot check that ground.
- It does not mention the matt black bonnet stripes, which are the most obvious thing about this particular car.
- The round badge in the middle of the grille does not resolve at full resolution, so the make cannot be checked.
- The same list puts a second Tulip, the M100, at 0:28 in another scene. Which of the two this is does not follow from the image.
- GTA Wiki identifies the car by the scene and the pawn shop behind it, not by a badge. The round badge in the grille stays unread in their crop as in ours.

A red 1970s coupe head-on in the heat haze, a single round headlamp in a square bezel at each end of the grille and matt black stripes over the bonnet.
A wide, low coupe coming at the camera on a dusty road, with the whole frame washed warm by low sun and haze. The nose is flat and square across, and the front wings stand slightly proud of it.
There is one round headlamp at each end of the grille, each sunk into a square chrome bezel. Between them the grille is a wide chrome panel of fine horizontal bars, with a round badge in the middle of it. Under the grille a chrome bumper runs the full width, with a number plate mounted centrally on it. Until 23 September 2026 this page counted four headlamps; on the true pixel grid each bezel holds one.
Two matt black stripes run back over the bonnet from the leading edge, close together, and disappear under the windscreen. Through the screen two occupants show as shapes, the one on the passenger side in an orange top. Neither the grille badge nor the number plate resolves; their heights are in the lettering table.
