Canis four-door pickup

Name not confirmed

Rockstar has not named this vehicle

So we describe it by what is actually visible in the footage. We do not invent a name to fill the gap.

When the real name is confirmed, this page moves to that name and this address keeps working.

Official render · snt-00252 · usable frame · front-three-quarter · 3379 × 1641 px © Rockstar Games The whole frame at 3840 × 2160, scaled down to fit — never enlarged. The box marks the crop exactly as we measured it, and that crop is the detail alongside, at its true size.

A four-door Canis pickup with a winch, a steel bumper and all-terrain tyres, shown twice in Rockstar's Ultimate Edition renders: once with a hard top and a fanged monster over the green paint, and once open-topped and plain, bonnet up in a body shop. The renders are Rockstar's for One-Eyed Willie's Mod Shop, an Ultimate Edition shop in Lake Leonida; the name belongs to the shop, and nothing gives the truck one beyond CANIS on its grille.

A four-door pickup with a short bed. In the studio render it has a hard top over the cabin; in the workshop render the cabin is open, with only a bar running fore and aft above the doors. The nose has a steel bumper with a winch on top, its cable wound on the drum and ending in a hook, a D-ring at each corner and a perforated skid plate underneath. A large round headlamp sits on each side of the grille with small red and clear lamps under it, a thin red strip runs along the top of the grille surround, and two round lamps are set into the bumper either side of the lettering.

CANIS stands in dark capitals on a silver panel across the grille, flanked by red slots, and it reads letter by letter. The centre cap of each wheel carries a small logo that does not read at this size. WARNING is painted in yellow capitals across the front bumper. The tyres are lettered ALL TERRAIN, with a size marking below it that does not come apart.

The studio render shows the truck in a glossy green, speckled with black, with a monster airbrushed along the doors: a yellow eye with a red iris above a row of yellow fangs with pink gums, in teal and yellow, and more yellow marks along the side of the bonnet. The workshop render shows what appears to be the same model with none of that: plain bright green, no artwork, silver wheels, the bonnet propped open, one man crouched at a rear wheel and another on a stepladder at the engine, and a small gold plaque on the front wing whose lettering does not read. That is the frame carrying a number plate, in the Gloriana pattern with a green bird between the groups: it reads 0E5 63T, and the bands above and below the number are under the height this site reads by.

Canis is the series’ Jeep-pattern marque, GTA 5’s Mesa and Bodhi both carried the badge, and a four-door pickup on all-terrain tyres is the truck the badge would sit on today. The renders are filed as ULTIMATE_EDITION_ONE_EYED_WILLIE, and Rockstar’s product page gives that name to a shop, not a truck: One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop, which specializes in off-road modifications and hand-painted automotive artistry in Lake Leonida. A winch truck with a monster airbrushed down its doors, and the same model with its bonnet up in a body shop, fit that description; nothing in either render names the truck.

How to recognise it

  • Four doors; a hard top in the studio render, an open cabin with a single bar over the doors in the workshop render
  • Steel bumper with a winch on top and a D-ring at each corner
  • CANIS across the grille
  • WARNING in yellow capitals on the front bumper
  • A perforated skid plate under the nose
  • All-terrain tyres, and in the workshop render a plate reading 0E5 63T

The frame it comes from

The frame is a still from the official Official render, which carries no timecode. It is 3840 by 2160, and the vehicle occupies 3379 by 1641 of it.

How this was measured

These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work

What we still do not know

  • The model name. The renders are Rockstar’s for One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop, and nothing in them names the truck beyond CANIS on the grille.
  • Whether the truck comes with the shop in the Ultimate Edition, or only shows the kind of work the shop does.
  • Whether the wrapped truck and the plain one in the shop are the same vehicle or the same model in two states. The bumper and the grille match; the roof, the paint and the wheels do not.
  • Whether the monster artwork is a preset or a one-off for the render.
  • Everything measured: top speed, handling, where it spawns

A note on this record

Rebuilt on 22 September 2026 against the 4K renders, with a reading record on both crops. Two readings did not survive the floor: the CANIS the page had on the wheel centres is a logo a few pixels across, and the state bands on the plate are under the height this site reads by, so both are now recorded as not read here. CANIS on the grille, WARNING on the bumper, ALL TERRAIN on the tyres and the plate number 0E5 63T all hold. Checked again on 25 September 2026 at 1:1 against both renders. The studio render has a hard top; only the workshop render is open-topped, so the truck is no longer called an open-top pickup. There is no tubular brush bar around the grille, and no fairlead in view: a steel bumper carries the winch. Each side of the grille has one large headlamp, with the two small round lamps down in the bumper. The line on two of three renders went, because the page shows two, and so did the snout, which neither shows. Two people work on the truck in the workshop crop, not three, and the gold plaque is on the front wing, not the door. Renamed on 28 September 2026. The page was One Eyed Willie, from the file names of the renders; Rockstar's product page gives that name to a mod shop in Lake Leonida, and the renders belong to the shop. The truck is now titled for what reads on it, and the old address redirects here.

Measured in the same frames as the images above, but without a page of their own. Same rule as everywhere else: what the crop carries, with the source and the timecode. The ones whose frame no page shows are collected in the frame.
