Police cruiser

Name not confirmed

Rockstar has not named this vehicle

So we describe it by what is actually visible in the footage. We do not invent a name to fill the gap.

When the real name is confirmed, this page moves to that name and this address keeps working.

Extended Look · snt-00024 · 15:43.27 · placeholder frame · rear · 384 × 259 px © Rockstar Games The whole frame at 3840 × 2160, scaled down to fit — never enlarged. The box marks the crop exactly as we measured it, and that crop is the detail alongside, at its true size.

A black police cruiser shot from behind in the Extended Look, POLICE in white across its boot lid and its light bar lit, and a cruiser in the same black head-on a minute earlier in the video, with a push bar on its nose.

The rear crop is small and the car is doing the work. It is a black four-door with POLICE lettered in white across the boot lid, a line of smaller white capitals above it and a white unit number of six characters low on the left of the bumper. The line above POLICE and the unit number both sit under this site’s letter floor, so the page reads POLICE and nothing more; the heights are in the lettering table. A light bar sits on the roof with a red segment burning, a white roof number sits just behind it, flattened by the angle, and the boot lid carries a lip spoiler.

The tail lights are two separate units, one at each corner, each a closed ring of red light around a pale lens. Between them and lower down hangs a yellow plate whose characters do not resolve. Until 23 September 2026 this page described the car as two-tone with a white rear quarter and POLICE in dark type; on the true pixel grid the paint is black throughout and the lettering is what is white.

Just ahead of it, at the right edge of the crop, is a dark saloon, as dark as the cruiser’s own paint. The full frame shows the rest: a junction with four more police vehicles drawn up on the right, one of them a marked pickup, a police helicopter overhead, and the camera beside another marked unit whose light bar crosses the top left corner; the helicopter’s page carries the same frame.

A minute earlier in the video, at 14:40.25, a cruiser in the same black is head-on and much larger in frame: a black push bar across the nose, the light bar lit and lights flashing behind the top of the windscreen, drawn up beside a dark saloon whose cabin is on fire. That crop is the sharper of the two and is the first image in the gallery below.

The gallery also holds a police car seen from straight above in Trailer 1 at 1:06.67: white rather than black, with a push bar on its nose, the light bar lit and lettering across the roof that does not resolve. From above, nothing in it shows whether it is the same model as the black car.

How to recognise it

  • Black four-door with POLICE in white across the boot lid
  • Roof light bar with a red segment lit, and a white roof number
  • Lip spoiler on the boot lid; a closed red ring of light at each rear corner
  • A yellow plate and a white six-character unit number on the rear, both under the letter floor
  • A black push bar across the nose in the head-on frame
  • At 15:43.27, right behind a dark saloon
