Race car in green livery
Name not confirmed
We think this is the Bravado
The boot lid carries a run of widely spaced raised capitals, at least six positions with the first cut by the left edge of the frame. On the true pixel grid they sit at this site's letter floor, so the page does not read them. Our own reading of the five in frame, recorded on the sighting, completes to a manufacturer's name from earlier games in the series, and the white roundel with a lower-case b low on the same panel points the same way. That completion is ours: the start of the word is off-frame and the letters are at the floor.
What supports it
- Five character positions read to our eye at full resolution, in the right order and evenly spaced, and the same reading held on 20 September and 23 September 2026.
- A separate mark on the same panel, the white b roundel, is independent of the lettering and points the same way.
- A second car of the same model in the same frame carries seven character positions in the same place; the count fits the name, the glyphs do not resolve.
What does not
- The letters sit at this site's floor, so the reading is not one the page can print; it is on the sighting as an own reading.
- The first characters are off-frame, so the word is completed and not read. No wider crop exists; the camera edge is the occluder.
- A manufacturer carried over from earlier games in the series is the easiest thing to complete it with, and that is exactly the kind of reading this site has had to withdraw before. The eye supplies what the frame does not.
We have not confirmed this. Our confidence in the identification: low.
When the real name is confirmed, this page moves to that name and this address keeps working.

A modern muscle coupe in race trim with green graphics over dark paint, photographed from behind on a circuit with its lamps burning and the number 43 on its flank.
The car is a big modern muscle coupe: wide, square in the shoulders, with a broad rear deck and a spoiler across it. The base colour is dark grey or black, and green graphics run over the rear quarter and down the flank in angular shapes, with a large green mark on the quarter panel itself. The car runs out of the left edge of the frame, so the crop holds its right-hand half and the tail.
One tail lamp unit is in the crop, at the right corner: a squared housing with two halo rings glowing red. Raised lettering runs across the boot lid in a widely spaced face, and higher up, on the lid at the left, sits a white lowercase b with a long swash for its bowl. On the true pixel grid the boot letters sit at this site’s letter floor, so the page does not read them; what we make of them is on the sighting and in the hypothesis block below, as our own completion and not a name. A white 43 on the rear quarter reads in full. Ahead of it a word in large, rough-edged white capitals climbs the flank, and it does not come apart into letters that can be read.
It is on a circuit and moving: the tarmac is streaked with blur and another car is running alongside at the right of the crop, close enough to overlap it. Three more race cars share the frame, and one of them is a second car of the same model, whole in view, with seven character positions in the same place on its boot that stay blobs at any magnification: the count is evidence, the letters are not.
How to recognise it
- Modern muscle coupe body: wide shoulders, broad rear deck with a spoiler
- Dark base colour with angular green graphics over the rear quarter
- A squared tail lamp unit with two halo rings at the right corner; the left corner is out of frame
- Widely spaced raised capitals across the boot lid, at the letter floor
- A white lower-case b with a long swash for its bowl, high on the left of the lid
- The number 43 in white on the rear quarter
The frame it comes from
The frame is Extended Look at 17:41.80. It is 3840 by 2160, and the vehicle occupies 729 by 583 of it. Also in it: the race circuit, a white race sedan, a black muscle race car, and a race coupe number 88.
How this was measured
| Source | Extended Look, 17:41.80 |
|---|---|
| Frame | 3840 × 2160 |
| Crop | 729 × 583 — a small part of the frame |
| Image check | 26 September 2026 — crop checked against the frame |
| Text check | 26 September 2026 — 40 claims read against the image, 3 corrected |
| Read at | the true pixel grid, 1:1 |
| Lettering | Letter height | Contrast | Reads |
|---|---|---|---|
| the widely spaced raised capitals across the boot lid, five in frame and the first cut by the edge | 18 px | — | no |
| 43 | 130 px | — | every character |
| b | 40 px | — | every character |
| the word in large rough-edged white capitals on the rear quarter | 35 px | — | no |
| the green mark on the quarter panel | 120 px | — | no |
These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work
What we still do not know
- The lettering on the boot. It is where a model name goes, and it sits at the floor.
- Whether the green mark is a sponsor or a manufacturer
- The left half of the car, which is off the edge of the frame
- Everything measured: top speed, acceleration, handling, price, where it spawns
