The correctional facility
The prison, in six frames: Lucia in an orange uniform and handcuffs in a Rockstar press shot, the wire and a cell window in Trailer 1, and in Trailer 2 the perimeter with its watchtower and a visitors' counter with signs in two languages.
The lead image is a Rockstar press screenshot. Lucia walks ahead of another woman in the same orange, in a short-sleeved orange prison uniform with her wrists cuffed in front of her, her hair in cornrows ending in two long braids and her eyes lowered. The dark uniform and belt of an officer fill the left edge of the frame, and on the right a woman in grey watches from behind a window. Lucia’s page has the same screenshot among the rest of hers.
Trailer 1 opens on the prison. At 0:05 the wire fills the frame against a pink sky: a chain-link fence on posts with angled arms at the top, strands of barbed wire between the arms and coils of razor wire along them, with palms behind. At 0:06 the camera is inside, behind a woman with long wavy hair in an orange top, looking out through a window covered in wire mesh; beyond it lies a bright yard with blurred figures in orange, a watchtower on the skyline and the pale block of a building at the left.
Trailer 2 comes back to it at 0:49, from outside the wire, looking up along the perimeter. In the foreground runs the top of a concrete wall with cabling down its face; behind it stands a chain-link fence on steel posts, and behind that a second, both topped with coils of razor wire that catch the light. A lamp post stands beyond the far fence. The tower is the landmark: an octagonal cabin on a white shaft with a red band below it, a railed gallery round it, a floodlight on the rail, and a satellite dish and a lattice antenna mast on the roof. A guard stands on the gallery, and to the left of the tower top an airliner trails contrails across the sky.
Two seconds later the trailer is inside again, at a visitors’ counter. A man in a pale T-shirt with a print across the back leans in at a counter screened with wire mesh, and behind it a clerk in glasses and a white short-sleeved shirt sits back in his chair with a computer screen behind him. The signs carry the detail. A yellow one on the pillar reads NO WEAPONS BEYOND THIS, and a red notice, cut off by the right edge of the frame, gives the visiting rules in English and then in Spanish: ALL VISITORS MU… and ONLINE over NO EXC…, and below them PREVIA POR INTER… over SIN EX…. A notice in two languages is the sort of detail that places the prison in the game’s version of Florida.
A perimeter with a manned tower is a working prison, not a set. GTA 5 had one too, Bolingbroke Penitentiary, a place you drove past and that GTA Online’s Prison Break heist broke into; here the first trailer opens with one of the two leads inside, and Rockstar’s own page puts the prison in Lucia’s past. The county badge that names who runs it has its own page.

- A satellite dish and an antenna mast on the tower roof
- A visitors' counter behind wire mesh, with NO WEAPONS BEYOND THIS and a notice in English and Spanish
The frame it comes from
The frame is a still from the official Press pack, which carries no timecode. It is 3840 by 2160, and the subject occupies 3840 by 2160 of it. Also in it: The correctional facility and Lucia Caminos.
How this was measured

| Image check | 25 September 2026 — crop checked against the frame |
| Text check | 27 September 2026 — 52 claims read against the image, 6 corrected |

These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work
What we still do not know
- Why Lucia is in custody, and whether that opens the game
- Whether the prison is enterable outside of story missions
- Whether there is a wanted-level consequence that sends you there
- Who the man at the visitors’ counter has come to see
- Where it stands on the map
A note on this record
Until 22 September 2026 this page described five frames as if they were its own, and then only the perimeter at 0:49. It carries six frames, so on 25 September 2026 the text was rewritten to cover all of them; the junction box at 0:49 hangs below that frame's crop and came out.
