What the screenshot shows

A wide, low block in pale stone with continuous window bands and balustrades on each floor, turning a corner on the right. Two upright banners hang on the facade between the bands: an orange one with a hanging object and a small dancing figure, and a green one with two words running down it at this site’s letter floor, so they are not read here.

Along the podium wall below the banners, lit from underneath, is lettering cut into the stone in two lines. GALINA BALLE reads on the upper line and OPERA HO on the lower; the letters clear this site’s floor and the height is in the lettering table. Both lines run behind a hedge on the right, and that is where the reading stops. GALINA BALLET OPERA HOUSE is the obvious completion; it is a completion and not a reading, which is why this page carries a description and not that name.
