Vice City Arts Center

It shares a plaza with a second venue whose sign reads THE SUMERIAN, with CONCERT HALL beneath — two named cultural buildings side by side, which is unusual for a Grand Theft Auto map.

Both are visible in the night overview, lit, which places them among the buildings the city is meant to be recognised by.
