Port Gellhorn
A run-down coastal town of trailer parks, motels and neon: the Starlet Motel, Delights Cabaret, a muffler shop and a water tower over it all.
The overview at sunset says the most. Single-storey buildings and trailers spread across flat ground, power lines everywhere, a water tower in the middle distance, cars parked on dirt. Nothing above two floors and nothing new.
The other five fill it in. The neon of the Starlet Motel against a dusk sky, advertising KING SIZE BEDS and POOL & WIFI. Delights Cabaret at night with a letter board reading NEW GIRLS NEW FOOD. A grow room under yellow-green lamps with two men in it. A conversation through a car window. A party round a fire at night with beer in hand.
Every place with a name in this town has its own page here, and taken together they say what the town is for in the story: cheap rooms, cheap work and nobody asking.

What we still do not know
- Where Port Gellhorn sits relative to Vice City
- Whether the motel and the cabaret are enterable
- Whether the grow room is a mission location or a business
- Whether the town has its own police
