The sign is the standard American exit type: a route number, a street name and a district, with EXIT ONLY in the yellow panel beneath.

Two names come out of it. Catalan Blvd is a street, and Stockyard Downtown is a district — which tells us Vice City's neighbourhoods have names on signage rather than only in menus.

It is one of the few frames in the material that gives the city's internal geography rather than its skyline.
