Uncle Jack’s
Uncle Jack's, a liquor store by its own glass: UNCLE JACK'S and the word LIQUOR under it read backwards on the left-hand door because the camera is inside the shop, beside a yellow UNCLE JACK'S LOYALTY poster in the window.
The frame is taken from inside a roadside store looking out through its glazed front, so the lettering on the glass reads in mirror image. On the left-hand leaf of the double door, UNCLE JACK’S is set in heavy capitals with a large initial U and a J that drops below the line, and under it a third line that, on the true pixel grid, reads LIQUOR. Until 23 September 2026 this page had that line as unresolved and asked what the store sold; the glass answers it.
To the left of the door, taped inside the window, is a yellow poster headed UNCLE JACK’S LOYALTY in red, with a caricature of a man with a moustache and a mop of hair beside the name. The last letter of LOYALTY is hidden behind a white-edged upright in front of the poster, and the top of a white security pedestal stands in front of the caricature. A faint round seal is printed on the lower half of the poster, its ring of small text under this site’s letter floor. Until 27 September 2026 this page had the seal etched on the glass under the poster.
High on the same door leaf a grey card reads NO REFUNDS, again in mirror image; until 27 September this page put it above the door. A snack rack with bagged goods stands at the left edge, and through the glass there is sky, overhead wires and the tops of trees. Until 27 September this page also described the rest of the shopfront and a man outside the door, all of it beyond this crop.
This page said until 20 September 2026 that the name was on the pump housings of a filling station. There is no pump, no canopy and no forecourt anywhere in the frame, and the third line on the glass says liquor.
How to recognise it
- UNCLE JACK'S over LIQUOR on the glass of the left-hand door, read in mirror image from inside
- A large initial U and a J that drops below the line
- A yellow UNCLE JACK'S LOYALTY poster with a moustached caricature and a faint round seal printed on it
- A NO REFUNDS card high on the same door
The frame it comes from
The frame is Trailer 1 at 1:16.50. It is 3840 by 2160, and the subject occupies 1670 by 648 of it.
How this was measured

| Image check | 27 September 2026 — crop checked against the frame |
| Text check | 27 September 2026 — 34 claims read against the image, 3 corrected |

These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work
What we still do not know
- What the ring of text on the seal says; it sits under the floor
- Whether the shop can be entered or robbed in play
