Characters
Jason Duval
One of the two playable characters, and the most photographed person in the official material: twenty-three of Rockstar's press screenshots have him in them, alone or with Lucia.
Rockstar's own press pack files him under People/Jason Duval, which is where the name comes from. Ten screenshots are his alone and thirteen more are shared with Lucia, so almost a quarter of the official stills involve him. That is worth stating plainly, because it is the single clearest signal in the material about who the game is about.
The ten solo shots cover a wide spread of life. He stands beside a green sportbike with the number 76 on its fairing, drives an older car with a bench seat in a tank top reading LEONIDA, fishes from a boat in mirrored sunglasses, walks a neon street at night with a phone in his hand, holds a turquoise-sprayed assault rifle on a rooftop above the city, and drinks at a bar in a cap that reads Brian's Boat Works & Marina with bottles of Patriot and Logger in front of him. Three of the ten put a weapon in his hands; two put a phone there.
The recurring details are clothes and company. The LEONIDA tank top with a palm print shows up more than once, a backwards cap more than once, and he is often photographed beside someone else: a man with binoculars on the boat, a friend in a camo bucket hat at the bar, Brian Heder leaning out of a car door. In the thirteen shots with Lucia he is at the wheel as often as not, and in two of them he is holding a carbine while she holds a pistol.
He is also the character the game puts next to a seaplane. In one screenshot he stands against the fuselage of the Mammoth Streamer216 with Brian's Boat Works & Marina painted on it, a pistol in his hand and a police boat on the water behind him. That is three named things in one frame, and all three have their own page in this database.

What we still do not know
- What he does for a living, beyond the boat yard and the bar he keeps turning up in
- How the two protagonists are switched, and whether it is free or story-driven
- Whether the relationship with Lucia is fixed or something the player steers
- His voice actor, and whether the name is spoken in the game or only in filenames
