Dark blue muscle coupe

A dark blue two-door shot straight into the sun, which turns most of it into silhouette and leaves the grille as the only part with anything to say.

The sun is behind the car, so the paint reads as a dark blue-black and the panels have almost no detail in them. What survives is the front. A full-width grille runs between the headlights, divided into fine horizontal slats, with a small badge at its centre. A single round headlight sits in a chrome bezel at each outer end, outboard of the grille rather than inside it.

Below that is a plain chrome bumper. The bonnet is long and flat, the screen is upright, and a driver in something pale is visible behind it.

That grille and lamp arrangement places the body in the early seventies rather than later, which is the most this crop will support. The frame around it holds a tan squarebody pickup, a cream SUV, an unidentified police vehicle and an armed woman in a red bandana.
