The name is on a tall pale wall panel at the corner of the building, in serif capitals that read bronze against the lit wall: THE SUMERIAN, with the T and the S taller than the letters that follow them. It is the largest lettering in the crop and it reads without argument.

CONCERT HALL is not a second line under the name. It is on a separate lit marquee band lower down and to the right, black capitals on yellow, and it sits just above this site’s letter floor. The word before CONCERT is behind the palms and the corner of the wall; one N of it is still visible, and nothing more is read from it. Under the marquee a wide flight of steps comes down to the street with people on it, and a blue car and a green car are on the road in front.

Further down the street, in the frame but below the bottom edge of this crop, stands a free-standing lit sign with a round emblem at the top and two lines of lettering. Until 23 September 2026 this page had it at the kerb in front, with a clock on it and the name read off it. It is none of those things at this size: the emblem is a ring with a mark inside it, the upper line sits far under the letter floor, and nothing on it is read. The name is read once in this frame, on the wall.

The frame is the night overview of the arts district: the Vice City Arts Center lettering at the far right, the Sahara Arena and the big wheel behind, and a dancer on a lit billboard in between. A named concert hall is the sort of building the series usually leaves anonymous, and it is worth recording because it makes this a cultural quarter rather than a single landmark.
