Characters
Boobie Ike
A club owner, named in Rockstar's press pack and photographed four times. Two of the four put him at Jack of Hearts, under its neon and in front of its banner, a third has him in a club with a dancer on a pole behind him, and the fourth has the club's poster on his office wall.
What Rockstar says about him
Rockstar’s page calls him a local Vice City legend who acts like it: one of the few to turn his time in the streets into a legitimate empire of real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. All smiles, the page says, until it is time to talk business.
It also names the partnership the studio shot on this site hints at. What he is most invested in is his venture with the young aspiring music mogul Dre’Quan Priest, Only Raw Records, and the two of them still need a hit. The line Rockstar puts in his mouth is the business model in one sentence: The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.
So the club is his. His page opens with It’s all about heart, the Jack of Hearts
, and Rockstar’s page for Dre’Quan refers to booking acts into Boobie’s strip club. Rockstar’s caption for the close-up under the stage lights says only that he is in a club, with a dancer upside down on a pole in the background; it does not name the club. Rockstar has not credited an actor for Boobie.

In the press pack
The four official screenshots are consistent about two things: money and the club. In the office he sits back in a cream leather chair in a red jacket embroidered in gold over a dark tee, blue-tinted glasses, two gold chains, a link and a rope, with a rectangular pendant set with stones and a round one shaped like a record, a wad of banknotes in his hand and a black pistol lying on the desk beside a sheet of paper. Behind him are a filing cabinet, a door and a lamp, and on the wall a framed poster whose two lines end in R PARTY and OF HEARTS: the club is on his office wall before he ever stands under its sign.
Outside it he stands under the neon, which reads Jack of Hear before the frame cuts it, with ADULT ENTERTAINMENT on the awning below, in a cream knit shirt, dark glasses and two gold chains with pendants, a phone in his hand. Beside him a car is at the kerb with its door open, a second man in braids and sunglasses leaning on the door, Dre’Quan Priest in Rockstar’s caption, and a couple further along the pavement. Inside a club, under stage light, he is caught close-up with a foam cup in his hand, two gold teeth, a stud in his ear and two heavy chains at his neck, one a link chain and one a rope, with a dancer upside down on a pole behind him.
The fourth has him on the lit edge of a stage under pink light, a dancer either side of him, in a cream knit shirt, green-framed glasses and a gold ring, with cash in the air. The banner behind carries a J and an H either side of a heart under a crown, and ACK OF HEARTS below it, the J hidden behind his head. At the right edge of the frame a shirt reads YUNG ANCEST over a snarling purple mascot, filed on its own.
The office shot is the one that says the most. It is an office, not a back room: a filing cabinet, a framed poster, papers on the desk. The pistol is not being held, it is lying where it can be reached, and the money is in his hand rather than being counted. Everything about the staging reads as a man who runs something rather than a man who works for someone. The screenshots alone do not say what his role in the story is; Rockstar’s own page, above, does. What the frames establish is the pairing, a named man and a named venue, Jack of Hearts, with the club’s name in three of the four if the poster counts, and that is enough to link the two pages here.
What the screenshots show
- Named by Rockstar's own press pack: People/Boobie Ike
- Photographed under the Jack of Hearts sign and in front of its banner, with the club's poster on his office wall in a third shot
- A gold chain in every shot, and glasses in three: blue-tinted in the office, dark outside, green-framed on the stage
- The office shot: a wad of cash in his hand, a pistol on the desk
- A red and gold embroidered jacket in the office, cream knit shirts outside and on the stage
The frame it comes from
The frame is a still from the official Press pack, which carries no timecode. It is 3840 by 2160, and the subject occupies 3840 by 2160 of it.

These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work
What we still do not know
- Whether the club in the close-up is Jack of Hearts: nothing in that frame names it
- How he connects to Jason and Lucia, if at all
- Whether the club is a mission location, a business you can buy, or set dressing
- Who plays him: Rockstar has not credited the cast
A note on this record
Rebuilt on 22 September 2026 against the 4K stills, with a reading record on all four crops. Four things changed. The cash in the office is in his hand, not on the desk in front of him. The patterned garment is one red and gold jacket, not shirts in gold and purple. The blue-tinted glasses are in one shot; the other two pairs are dark and green. And on the club shot he sits on the lit edge of the stage, not on a couch, which the sighting record had put right on 20 September without the page following. New is the poster on the office wall, which carries the club's name. Checked again on 25 September 2026 at 1:1, and the quotes laid against Rockstar's pages once more. He wears two gold chains in the office, a link and a rope, with two pendants, one of them shaped like a record; the page had one of each. The close-up shows two gold teeth, not one. Only two of the four stills name Jack of Hearts, the sign outside and the banner on the stage; the close-up is in a club that nothing in the frame names, so the page no longer counts it as the Jack of Hearts. Rockstar calls Dre'Quan an aspiring music mogul, which the page now says, and Rockstar's caption names him as the man at the car door.
Every frame we have
Also in these frames
Measured in the same frames as the images above, but without a page of their own. Same rule as everywhere else: what the crop carries, with the source and the timecode. The ones whose frame no page shows are collected in the frame.
