What the community calls it

Widely identified as the Bravado Rumpo.

A community list puts a Bravado Rumpo next to the accident in the Weazel News item, and names the item. The name is in our own frame. It is their identification and not ours. On 23 September 2026 GTABase was found to file a Rumpo for GTA 6 from the first trailer as well. Two sources for the name, one of them pointing at our frame, is what puts it in this page's title, as their claim and not ours.

What supports it

The source names the scene, and that name is in our own frame: the ticker under the broadcast reads COPS ARREST MAN WHO FLIPPED HIS CAR AFTER PEEWEES DINE AND DASH.
It puts the van beside the accident, and that is where ours is.
In the list this is the only van at that moment.
GTABase files a Rumpo for GTA 6 from the first trailer as well, so the name is not one list's alone.

What does not

The source says nothing about the livery, and the livery is what our crop shows most sharply: a capital initial with script behind it and a logo panel on the sliding door.
Our image is broadcast-filtered, with a scan pattern and rain over it, so there is no body detail to test the name against. Read again on the 3840x2160 master on 18 September; the wordmark still does not resolve.
The list credits no source and its column of real-world counterparts is demonstrably wrong in places.
GTABase points at no shot, and GTA Wiki lists only a Rumpo Custom as due to appear, with no image. Two voices for the name; one pointer at our frame.

A white van beside a crash, seen straight down from a news helicopter. It carries a script livery, and at full resolution that livery still will not read.

A panel van from directly above, inside a news broadcast: the whole frame carries the station's scan pattern, and it is raining. The van is white, with a high roof that is flat except for two shallow ribs, and a long body that runs back well past the rear axle.

The livery is red on white and it runs along the side in three places: a capital initial, larger than the rest, with script running out of it; a second, smaller version of the same lockup on the nose; and a red box with two pale characters at the rear end of the flank. A thin red line runs along the body under the window line.

We read this frame again from the master on 18 September and on 23 September, specifically to get the livery. It does not come apart into letters. The scan pattern is fine enough that it sits on top of the lettering at the same scale, and the rain softens what is left; the initial is the only thing above this site's letter floor, and one letter is not a name. So the van has a business on the side and we cannot tell you which one.
