The lettering is painted large across the upper wall of a low commercial building, black on white, with W. BLANCO'S on the first line and CUBAN FOODS beneath.

It stands on the corner where the Extended Look shows a car being broken into, with the SLIM JIM and SMASH WINDOW prompts on the door. On the adjacent wall is a mural of an eagle, a flag and a rifle.

Cuban food in a Miami analogue is not a joke name, and Rockstar has not made it one. That is worth noting: not everything in this world is a pun.

The frame it comes from

The frame is Extended Look at 6:04.90. It is 1920 by 1080, and the subject occupies 172 by 75 of it. Also in it: a water tower, a red four-door muscle sedan, a beige squarebody pickup, a dark pickup with a bed rack, a white panel van with graffiti, SUV with a roof rack, a dark 80s sedan, and a light-coloured sedan.
