Off-road racing
Four dirt bikes and a quad in the mud below a row of derelict, graffitied concrete silos in one press still, and a twelve-rider race on a graded dirt course in the Extended Look, with a lap counter in the corner to say what it is.
The press screenshot is taken from inside the pack. The nearest rider is up out of the saddle on a dirt bike, mud sprayed up the number board, goggles down, in an orange helmet and a mud-soaked white vest. A green quad is in the air behind and to the left, its rider in a purple and blue helmet, above the heap of spoil on that side of the track. On the right is a second dirt bike with a rectangular headlight, its rider in a magenta shirt, pink goggles and a dark grey helmet, and two more riders are strung out behind: one bare to the waist in a red helmet on a red bike, the other in a white helmet at the right edge. The ground is churned and wet, and at the left edge a raccoon, going by its masked face, is on the rocks. Until 25 September 2026 this page called the front helmet red, gave the rider on the right a white helmet and a round headlight, and had the raccoon lying dead in the mud.
The backdrop is the part worth keeping: a row of derelict concrete silos, tagged near the tops and low down and weathered bare in between, with tall faded capitals painted across them, one to a silo. An A and an S show whole, after a letter that does not settle between C and G, and the silo before that carries another, most of it hidden behind the nearest rider; so the word is longer than the three letters this page used to count, and the letters are pale, not red. An American flag and a bald eagle are painted under the S. From the head house on the first silo a conveyor gallery runs down to a single concrete pier at the left, clad in corrugated sheet for most of its length, with twisted steel hanging loose from the open stretch by the pier. The derailed freight train this page once put there is not in the frame, and neither is anything that says the silos held grain. It is still a set piece rather than scenery: somebody built a race course around an industrial ruin. At the foot of the silos on the right stands a timber shed with a small warning sign on its plank wall, lettered under this site’s floor.
The second frame is from the Extended Look at 18:34.80, from the chase camera behind the green motocross bike: a graded dirt track through rocky scrub, a pale rock face where it bends, a few spectators standing on the bank above it, and in the bottom right corner a race readout: LAP 1/2, position 11 of 12, and a lap clock running to hundredths of a second; the exact reading is in the lettering table. The minimap in the bottom left corner draws the course as a grey band through green, with the other riders as white dots, all but one of them ahead of the player’s arrow. Twelve riders, then, in this one; the circuit race, under the same readout, counts sixteen cars, and on the bike’s own page, two seconds on, the readout says tenth.
The press still is filed by Rockstar under Mount Kalaga National Park, which also holds the hunting, the kayaking and the mountain road, and Rockstar’s own caption for it counts four people on dirt bikes with an ATV jumping behind them, which is what the frame shows. In GTA 5, off-road racing was a side activity: six point-to-point races, four for motorcycles or quads and two for trucks, unlocked by a text from Ron after the mission Mr. Philips, according to the GTA Wiki. Whether GTA 6 has the same, or whether this race belongs to a mission, the two frames do not say.
How to recognise it
- Four dirt bikes and a quad in the same race
- The nearest rider up out of the saddle, mud up the number board
- Derelict concrete silos with tall faded capitals painted across them, one to a silo
- A conveyor gallery running down from the silos to a single concrete pier
- In the Extended Look: a race readout reading LAP 1/2 and 11 of 12, with a lap clock to hundredths, on a graded dirt course
- In Mount Kalaga National Park, by Rockstar's own filing of the press still
The frame it comes from
The frame is a still from the official Press pack, which carries no timecode. It is 3840 by 2160, and the subject occupies 3840 by 2160 of it. Also in it: Mount Kalaga National Park, an enduro dirt bike, Dinka Enduro, and a quad bike.

These figures come from the dataset, not from the prose above. We measure everything and claim what counts. How we work
What we still do not know
- Whether off-road races are a repeatable event
- Whether bikes and quads race in the same class, as they could in GTA 5’s off-road races
- Whether the silos are enterable
- How many off-road courses there are, and whether the press still and the Extended Look race are the same one
- What the capitals on the silos spell, with one letter hidden behind a rider and another that could be a C or a G; and which digit stands before the 7 on the nearest number board
Every frame we have
Also in these frames
Measured in the same frames as the images above, but without a page of their own. Same rule as everywhere else: what the crop carries, with the source and the timecode. The ones whose frame no page shows are collected in the frame.
