Megamundo

The source frame, with Megamundo marked
Press pack · snt-00123 · usable frame

A lit tower on the bay with MEGAMUNDO across its base, photographed at dusk with a helicopter passing over it.

The building is a slab tower, maybe twenty storeys, with coloured light running up the corners and across the floors — the kind of lighting a casino or a hotel puts on rather than an office. The name sits at the foot of it in large letters.

The frame is taken from above and to the side at sunset, with the bay behind and the rest of the skyline in silhouette. A helicopter crosses the top of the frame.

Megamundo also appears in a later Extended Look sequence as a venue with a lit approach and a red carpet, which is the only material suggesting what goes on inside.

  • Whether it is enterable
  • Whether the red-carpet sequence in the Extended Look is the same building
  • Where it stands on the bay
