What Rockstar says about him

Rockstar’s page sums him up in three words, confidence, charm and cunning, and gives him a trade: a seasoned bank robber, always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards. The second line is the warning: his recklessness raises the stakes with every score, and sooner or later his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table.

Rockstar’s captions for his screenshots settle one open question on this page in part. The monitors are, in Rockstar’s words, a person sitting in front of two computer monitors in the background while Raul holds a phone to his ear. The car shot is captioned as Raul driving with one hand and holding a handgun hidden with the other, a bag full of cash open on the passenger seat; the yacht shot as Raul crossing his arms on a boat near the throttle; and the suit shot as Raul looking off into the distance while people walk down a neon-lit sidewalk behind him.

That fits the screenshots without being shown in them. The cash on the passenger seat is the one thing in the four that a robbery could explain; nothing in the frames says what the monitors are for or what the phone call is about. Whether the talent he is hunting is Jason and Lucia, the page does not say. Rockstar has not credited an actor for Raul.

In the press pack

The first shot has him on the phone in a blue-lit room, in a red v-neck sweater with a pendant on a cord and a stack of bangles on the wrist, with two large monitors on a desk behind him and one person sitting at them, out of focus, and a row of three small lights below the screens. The second puts him behind the wheel in a brown leather jacket and black gloves, red leather seats around him, banded bundles of cash in an open bag on the passenger seat and a stainless semi-automatic pistol in his gloved hand, held low by the console and out of sight of whoever is outside the car. The third has him on the deck of a yacht in orange light with the skyline behind him, arms folded, in an open white shirt, at a helm console with a wheel and gauges, a raised drawbridge across the water behind. The fourth has him on a neon-lit sidewalk in a pale suit over a dark shirt with a gold chain, palm trunks wrapped in pink and blue light, and no glasses.

Every one of the four is about money at a remove: the screens, the bundles, the boat, the suit. In three of them his hands are doing nothing in particular, a phone, folded arms, nothing at all, and in the fourth they are on a steering wheel and a pistol. The pistol is a stainless semi-automatic with lettering on the slide that sits at this site’s floor for lettering, so it is not read here.

He looks the part of someone one level above the protagonists: older, better dressed, calmer. Rockstar’s page, above, makes him a bank robber with a crew, which is that role by another name.

A note on this record

Rebuilt on 22 September 2026 against the 4K stills, with a reading record on all four crops. Three corrections. The weapon in the car is a stainless semi-automatic pistol with a slide, not a revolver; the check of 20 September had called it one. The glasses are in three shots, not four: on the neon street he wears none. And there are two monitors behind him, as Rockstar's own caption says, not four. The correction of 20 September that the pistol is in his hand, not within reach, stands. Checked again on 25 September 2026 at 1:1, and against Rockstar's captions. The meta description said no weapon was in his hands while the car shot has a pistol in one; the summary called him the only character in the press pack with these things, a claim about other stills. The two monitors were still a bank and a wall of screens in two places. The comparison of his pistol with the stainless pistol on another page went, and so did the reading of the monitors and the yacht as a robber's takings, which the frames do not show. The lettering on his slide measures at the floor this site reads by, with the line levelled first, and stays unread.
