BTN Delmar

A container ship at the terminal with its name in white capitals on a green hull: BTN DELMAR, the largest vessel in this database and the only one you almost certainly cannot drive.

The ship runs across the back of the frame at 0:23.27, low and long, hull painted green with BTN DELMAR in white capitals and a small red and white mark in front of the name. Containers are stacked several high on deck in mixed colours; one of them reads BILDECO in red. Gantry cranes stand over the ship with their booms lowered towards the stacks, and the terminal runs off to the left.

Behind the terminal sits the Vice City skyline in haze, with a causeway crossing the water on the left. In front of the ship, and much closer to the camera, two speedboats are running hard: a yellow and green hull in the centre of the frame and a blue and white one to the right, both throwing spray.

The record is here because the name is legible, not because the vessel is a vehicle in any useful sense. What it establishes is that there is a working container port with named shipping in it.

• Whether the container port is a location you can enter
