Red SUV

Name not confirmed

Rockstar has not named this vehicle

So we describe it by what is actually visible in the footage. We do not invent a name to fill the gap.

When the real name is confirmed, this page moves to that name and this address keeps working.

Extended Look · snt-00041 · 17:47.47 · placeholder frame · side · 211 × 216 px © Rockstar Games The whole frame at 1920 × 1080, scaled down to fit — never enlarged. The box marks the crop exactly as we measured it, and that crop is the detail alongside, at its true size.

A dark red SUV on a highway with a roof rail and a spare wheel carrier at the back, seen from behind at 211 pixels on an overcast day.

The crop is small and flat-lit, so the reading is about shape. The vehicle is a two-box SUV in a dark red, seen from behind and slightly to one side. A black roof rail runs along the top of the body, and a round housing is mounted on the tailgate in the position a spare wheel carrier takes.

The rear glass is dark, the tail lamps are vertical units set into the corners of the body, and the wheels are pale multi-spokes. There is a badge or handle in the middle of the tailgate that does not resolve.

It is on a highway under a viaduct with a billboard for Ambrosia Raceway Park in the same frame, alongside a Declasse single-cab pickup, a woman with braids and arm tattoos and a man carrying an old television monitor.

How to recognise it

  • Two-box SUV in dark red, seen from the rear quarter
  • Black roof rail along the top of the body
  • A round housing on the tailgate in the spare-wheel position
  • Vertical tail lamps set into the body corners
  • Pale multi-spoke wheels

The frame it comes from

The frame is Extended Look at 17:47.47. It is 1920 by 1080, and the vehicle occupies 211 by 216 of it. Also in it: the Ambrosia Raceway Park billboard, a highway overpass, Declasse single-cab pickup, a woman with braids and arm tattoos, and a man carrying a CRT monitor.

What we still do not know

  • Whether the round housing is a spare wheel or a cover
  • The name, and the manufacturer
  • The badge in the middle of the tailgate
  • Everything measured: top speed, handling, price, where it spawns
