Light grey SUV

A light grey SUV coming at the camera at night during a pursuit, with its LED running lights and fog lamps on and everything else lost to the dark.

The vehicle is square on to the camera on a dark road, and at night that means the lights do the describing. Two horizontal LED strips burn across the top of each headlight housing, angled slightly down towards the grille. Below the bumper, a pair of small lamps is lit low and wide apart.

Around them the shape reads as a boxy SUV in a light grey or silver: an upright nose, a broad flat bonnet, a tall glasshouse and a roof line that runs straight back. Exhaust or road spray hangs around the rear of the car ahead of it, which is in the left of the crop and much closer to the camera.

Our note on the sighting places this in a chase, which the framing supports: two vehicles on a dark road, one behind the other, both moving.
