Jack of Hearts

A club in Vice City named in halves by two press images, the neon outside running off the frame and a banner inside with a head in front of its first letter, and then in full by the Extended Look: JACK OF HEARTS under a crowned heart on the sticker of its own front door at 17:34.

The neon reads Jack of Hearts in red blackletter, mounted high on the wall. The sign climbs to the right and the last letters run off the top edge of the screenshot, with red still lit in its topmost row. Until 22 September 2026 this page said the right-hand edge, which is what a half-size view of the frame suggests and the full-size pixels do not. Below it, an awning carries ADULT ENTERTAINMENT in capitals a shade lighter than the cloth behind them, and below that is the entrance with its poster boards and an ID sign. Boobie Ike stands in front of it with a phone in his hand, beside a car with its door open.

Inside, a banner carries a J and an H flanking a cut heart-shaped stone with a crown tilted on it, and beneath that the club’s name in serif capitals. This is where the name gets finished. The neon outside gives Jack of Hear and then the screenshot ends; the banner gives ACK OF HEARTS, because Boobie Ike’s head covers the J and the closing S stands clear just before the next head. Neither image has all of it. The two readings overlap on ACK OF HEAR, nine of the name’s twelve letters, which leaves nothing to argue about: the club is called Jack of Hearts, and we can show you every letter, in two pictures. What ties the two pictures to the same club is not the name — that would be circular — but the man: Boobie Ike in the same cream cable-knit shirt over the same pale ribbed vest, with the same stone-set cuban chain and the same rope chain with a pendant, at the door in one picture and on the lit edge of a stage inside in the other.

Three of the four official images of Boobie Ike are at this club, and each says so itself: the neon outside, the banner inside, and a framed poster on the office wall in the third, reading …OF HEARTS under …R PARTY; the fourth, a close-up in a club interior with no name in frame and different clothes, stays out of the count. Rockstar’s own page for him says the rest: it opens with his line It’s all about heart, the Jack of Hearts and counts a strip club in his empire, and its page for Dre’Quan speaks of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club. The frames make the same connection about as plainly as an image can.

The Extended Look settles it in one picture. At 17:34, at night, the club’s left front door stands open to the street and the camera is close enough to read its glass from top to bottom: a yellow OVER 21 ONLY sticker, a round ID Check sticker with two lines of small print under it, a large round black sticker with a J and an H either side of a red cut heart wearing a crown and JACK OF HEARTS in serif capitals beneath, a thin line, and two small logos, a heart in a rounded square and a curled white shape, each over JACKOFHEARTS in spaced capitals. The right-hand doors carry the same set, and at the foot of the outer one VICE CITY in spaced capitals, the only one of the frames we have that puts the city’s name on the club itself. A man in a green varsity jacket with braids is stepping out through the doorway; a second man sits inside in a dark polo under posters on the wall behind him; a third fills the left edge of the frame, seen from behind. The Extended Look adds a second sight of it four seconds later, at 17:38: the same crowned heart with its J and H on a dark plaque on a brick wall beside a man in a checked shirt, the name in a line beneath it too small to count as read, and a notice under that starting ABUSE, the rest behind his shoulder.

Both readings were taken on the 4K press images at their own pixel size, with local contrast normalisation and no interpolation. Before 22 September 2026 this page carried the name from the neon alone and said so; the banner had been noted but never measured. The Extended Look door at 17:34 was read the same way, on its frame at its own pixel size.
