Hotel Valetta

An art deco hotel on the waterfront with its name in vertical letters down the corner of the building: HOTEL VALETTA.

The building is white, three or four storeys, with rounded corners, horizontal banding and a stepped parapet — the Miami Beach deco vocabulary. The name runs down a vertical sign on the corner where two facades meet, with HOTEL above and VALETTA below.

A terrace runs along the front at first-floor level, and palms stand between the building and the water.

It sits in the daylight overview of Vice City, which means it is a fixed landmark rather than a set dressed for one scene.
